Having a website has become crucial to the success of a business or a person. Clarissa understands that a website could be your first shot at making an impression on people. Therefore, it is important that the site properly reflect the client and look darn good.

It's clear when someone loves their work; they make excellence their signature. Clarissa does just that. Web design is not just work to her. It is her passion. She spends her days playing with PHP, jQuery, and WordPress all while compulsively reading Smashing Magazine to stay on top of the latest design trends.

Clarissa has learned a lot about web design over the past eight years. She can code by hand in HTML, CSS, and PHP. While she does know how to use Dreamweaver, she chooses to code from scratch in Notepad++. You know how grandma's homemade apple pie just tastes better than store-bought pies? So do Clarissa's websites. They're delicious and, because her code is so clean, quite healthy.

Clarissa has several hobbies including baking, photography, learning about history, and reading science fiction novels. Her goal is to make the world a better place, one website at a time. Her chocolate chip cookies make the world a little better too.
